BUSINESS IDENTITY / VIRTUAL OFFICE The Business Identity Plan can provide an established business located in another geographical area, or a small business located in town, with an established address, telephone and fax numbers. If you work out of your home, your business cards can list our location as your office. You can also reserve office space when you need to personally meet with your clients. The Business Center provides your clients with an office location for delivery of correspondence or packages, make payments for your services or to pick up correspondence from you. By jointly using common equipment and personnel, your business can enjoy services that are normally available only to larger businesses at a greatly reduced price over what it would cost to maintain on a permanent basis. An individual office/conference room and a full range of office support services are available on a pay-as-you go basis, and you have access to a complete office environment without the initial investment. You select only the services you use, but you have the luxury of knowing that a full range of services are available if your business should require them. We will also act as a holding point for your regular mail, UPS, FEDEX or messenger service and will forward your mail to you if requested.

RESUMES Resumes will be professionally typed, formatted, and/or updated. Professionally typed from your rough draft, rewrite, or handwritten notes. ($40 - two page, formatted, ready-to-print)

PRIVATE OFFICES Annual Rental $450 to $850/month -- 90 to 235 sq. ft. (including all utilities)

RATES The cost of your project will be quoted to you after review. Documents will be proofed and spell-checked; however, final proofing is the client's responsibility
PAYMENT METHOD All clients are required to leave a credit card deposit of 50% and are expected to pay in full upon completion of the project. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS Completed documents will be returned by Email/Internet or US Postal Service. Clients are responsible for special shipping and handling above normal U.S. Postal Service.
